Notification condition - case sensitivity

We have a notification for lost/stolen/theft devices reporting.

Condition :

Short Description - contains - theft or stolen .

stolen -> triggers notification but STOLEN -> not triggering notification.

Is it case sensitive?

You can use flow designer to trigger this notification. And then use the transform function to convert the case of stolen :

Yes Short description is case sensitive. Can you elaborate more the requirement?
