Out of the Box fields

Does anyone know of a resource that shows all the out of the box fields for stories, epics, scrum tasks, etc.?

You can take this information from the dictionary.

whichever fields are shown with created by admin or maint are OOB fields

You can check this in sys_dictionary for your table
