PDI issue - SAMPro not activated

I tried to add the SAMPro plugin to my PDI and it failed (second time actually, tried on previous PDI and then released that and tried again)
Is there a better location to ask for help on this?

1)
- Go to developer.servicenow.com
- Click on Manage my instance button on top right
Search "Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins"
Note: Requires Subscription. Provides the capability to normalize software discovery information, reconcile entitlements with installs, and reclaiming unused software. Provides additional capabilities to reconcile publisher products.
2) If you get error from step 1 , follow these post : Install SAM Pro on PDI
