I'm looking to populate the contact type field on REQ and RITM records based on the portal that the request is submitted from. For example, if the request is submitted from portal '/a' then we will populate the contact type with 'Self-Service' but if the request is submitted from portal '/b' then we will populate with some other value.
Appreciate any advice on how best to go about this.
