I am having a problem and I’m need of a solution to work around out of the box push notifications.
The way the ServiceNow system is currently configured is if no Group Email is filled in for the Assignment group and the Push Notification Who will receive is “Assignment group” the notification will go out to every individual member of the group. If the Group Email is filled in for the Assignment group and the Push Notification Who will receive is “Assignment group” the notification will be sent to the group email and not every individual member of the group.
