navigate to:

https://profile.servicenow.com/now/cuam/user-profile-detail/myProfile/NL 

 

And there click ServiceNow ID and Merge ID:

And if needed raise a case under the Support > get support in the top menu

Hi @haseena ayesha ,

 

You can try to merge your id as suggested by @GlideFather and @miftikhar20, however don't expect that you will get all your community points. 

I lost my community account with rising star badge, I tried to merge my account and reached to support however, I was not able to recover my account or points.
