I remember it was possible to link up to 5 accounts together without need to merge as an individual might work for multiple companies. But I cannot find it anymore...
And you lost your RS badge? 😮 I'd expect that SN team would assist on that, so sorry to hear that

After merge I was able to login, then 2 days later it just gone, tried reaching out to support and admins but it didn't work.
And my account no longer exists.
This happened with so many others. I learned it hard way use your personal account, when you switch companies, you might lose your community badges and points.
ServiceNow account merging process don't always work, I have also seen so many even lost their certifications.

Yes, for certification I am also using my company account, I didn't get into any issues with certification, however I always setup MFA and account recovery emails.
Always verify your certifications/credits/points even after updating/merging id. Login to account regularly after merge/update, sometimes you lost access/certification after some time (1-2 weeks), this happened with me I lost access to community portal even after verifying I can access after merging, however my now learning history was intact.
