Could you please help with the following information regarding ATF with and without Now Assist?

  1. Does using Now Assist with ATF require an additional license? If yes, please share the licensing requirements and the steps needed to enable it.
  2. If you have any related documentation, such as a one-pager, PowerPoint, or Word document, please share it for reference.

1. Yes , it needs license cost. You have to purchase  ServiceNow Otto for Creator  from Servicenow Store .

    ServiceNow licensing details, exact pricing, and contract terms are not openly published. For more details on License cost , reach out to your Servicenow Account Executive.
