Currently working on a team and we are assigned to locate defects that the customer has identified within multiple instances. This was previously developed by another team and we are having to go through their created portal instances to trace it back to servicenow. I'm not strong in script so is there any way to trace the customizations within the portal back to SN efficiently in order to locate where to fix the defects in servicenow? Hopefully that makes sense. Any help would be great. Thanks!
