Review Completed Courses

Good morning, how can you re-review the course material for a course you have completed within ServiceNow University? I've recently went into Customer Service Management (CSM) Essentials On Demand (Yokohama); however, I cannot view the modules and materials I completed.

Hi @Sal D,

if you navigate to this Customer Service Management (CSM) Essentials On Demand (Yokohama) what do you see there?

Mine says Start because I haven't completed it:

but for other that I completed, I can see it:

So if you don't see it, then it might be wrong link that you access (the same course can be for another version and/or in different language).

The easiest way is to go to your profile:

https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard 

And scroll down to the completed classes, eventually check your mailbox there shall be confirmation email and it shall contain the link to the class as well.

You can re-review completed courses in ServiceNow University by going to this link:

• https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home

1. Once you’re there, apply the “Completed” filter for your courses
   
2. After opening the course page, you should see a Review button.
   
3. Click that, and you’ll be able to access all the modules and materials again.
