Run Out Of ServiceNow Instances

Hi all,

I couldn't find this question anywhere.

Is there a way to apply for more Instances as you're doing the courses as some of them only have 2 with 1 extension available?

No. There is only one lab instance available for you that you can extend if needed, until no mor extensions are available. It's always best to request it once you really need it.

You can not apply more than one instance for a course. 

ServiceNow Now Learning lab instances typically last for 7–14 days, with options to extend, usually for an additional 2 weeks, often up to 3 times depending on the course and demand.

Extensions can be requested via Now Learning if more time is needed to complete coursework.

Hi Markcole,

ServiceNow purposely gives only one lab instance per course so the resources can be fairly shared with all learners. This is the proper allocation process on ServiceNow University (Now Learning), and extensions are the only supported way to get extra time. If you need more practice beyond that, using a free PDI from developer.servicenow.com is the recommended path I would suggest for you.

Only one lab instance is available for you. You can extend it if needed until no further extensions are allowed. It is recommended to request an extension only when you truly need it.

Just check if you have any instanse open for previous course that is not using, pls terminate that ltr it will become avilable for you.
