I have 7 years of experience in HR and am currently transitioning my career into ServiceNow. I am learning ServiceNow and planning to apply for roles in this domain.
My question is: while applying for ServiceNow positions, should I highlight my 7 years of HR experience and position myself as a professional transitioning into ServiceNow, or should I apply as a fresher in ServiceNow?
I am particularly interested in understanding how recruiters and hiring managers view candidates making this kind of career switch.
Any advice, suggestions, or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
