Service Interruption on PDA Instance

We are currently experiencing a service interruption with our PDA instance, and are unable to access the login page at "https://dev184716.service-now.com/login.do". The following error message is being displayed:
"Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.
If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone."
We have already waited for some time, but the service has not been restored. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue at the earliest?

Unfortunately, there is no chance to get support for PDIs. You only can wait and hope that your instance will return. If not, you can also release your PDI instance and grab a fresh one.

Hi there,
Same answer as always... PDIs are unsupported, there is no support for PDIs. Only thing you can do is:
1) Wait and hope
2) Request a new PDI
Don't get me wrong, just informing you, we all simply can't help you on this at all.
