Service Now integration with other SNOW or Service Desk software

Our organization has a number of strategic software partners that use different service desk solutions.

Is there an API that allow me to securely send an Incident from my Service Now system to an external SNOW system or other help desk system. 

 

Our team members would benefit from being able to send the full incident externally if it is a Critical Incident.

Ideally our partners would receive the incident in their system and any updates would be sent back to update our Service Now incident.

One ServiceNow instance to an external one you could use ServiceNow out of the box REST APIs. As for integrating with other help desk systems that would depend on the system. You would have to see if they can do REST APIs or have a connector prebuilt for ServiceNow.
