ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - On Demand Course, Which one?

Hi Community, 

Sorry for asking, I am about to enroll in the: ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals on demand course. When I go to select a course, there are 2 in English. 1 is 12 hours, another is 18 hours 19min. The 12 hour says Xanadu in it, however I am not sure which one is the most up to date or do I need to do both?

12 hours course is up to date.

12 hours: Xanadu release

18 hours: Vancouver release
