 I want to be certified on CSA; however, the prerequisite course is ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, is pricy and unaffordable. I just want to know if there are other alternatives to acquire CAS without paying for the three-day-long ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training course

Instructor-led courses are only one of the many options to learn about administering the platform. You can take advantage of the on-demand courses available to you in ServiceNow University. You can also search for courses targeting particular skills and you will be shown several course options for you to study.

CSA prep felt tougher than expected until the platform actually started to click. Hands-on practice inside a personal instance mattered way more than memorizing slides. Exam questions love real admin scenarios, not trivia. Focusing on flows, roles, and core tables paid off. Passing felt less like luck and more like finally speaking the system’s language.

No need to purchase any courses and it will be free for all courses if you have access in your company's  ServiceNow Partner portal , There are ample of sources are available for CSA exam preparation guideline.
