Does anyone know how to update the servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage? Mine is displaying my previous employer, although when I click Edit Profile to update, my correct employer shows on that display and does not allow for an update and does not carry to the other page. I would like https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117460 to match the correct employer on https://profile.servicenow.com/now/cuam/user-profile-detail/myProfile/community
Any insight is greatly appreciated.

this seems to be related to (incomplete) merging of two accounts. Go to SN University > Help centre to create a case to get assistance.
