ServiceNow PDI instance is Offline

Hello Team,
I am trying to log in to my Instance from the https://developer.servicenow.com
I am facing an issue getting my instance back.
It is offline for 2 days.
Please help me get my instance back.

If urgency, the best we can do is to release the instance and request for new one I think.

I saw the same PDI trouble as you mentioned, and I also saw the message as below. Now in the sudden maintenance??

Hi @Shesha1 ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow perspective, hence you're limited to two options:

  • Wait - it should come online after some time
  • When you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, if you perform this, then all work that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
