Setting Up User Experience Analytics in a Personal Instance

Trying to experiment with what is captured on UXA in my PDI(yokohama). However, no matter how I go about it, I am not able to open it and I get this error message:

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
