Hi guys,
I am trying to create a view where I can see all my SLA for my accounts. I will say that I am newbie in the servicenow world.
Every month I need to check if my SLA are accurate and I would like to automate that instead of going case by case.
Could you guide me in how to either create a view/report or dashboard where I can see all my Accounts and their SLA?
