SLA Performance for Current Month

Hi All,

I've been tasked to create a report that shows the current SLA performance for the month.

Simple enough:

Table: task_sla

SLA definition: P3 Resolve

Start Time: On this month

Group by has breached

How would one incorporate an SLA breach that occurred this month, but start time was *not* this month? I've had a brain fart and simply cannot think of a way currently. I may be over thinking this, but I cant seem to figure it out.

SLA performance means that you want to know the results of 'has breached'. It only makes sense to report on those when the SLA has stopped. Otherwise you are reporting on this month as it being true, while on closure in the next month, it may be broken.

An SLA record is a supporting record. The true value of the report lies in the task on which the SLA runs. You either breach the SLA on the ticket or not. So just report on 'stop time on this month' and 'stage is completed'.
