As a host who may not have access to my work email on mobile,
I need the system to send me a timely phone notification / SMS when my guest checks in,
So that I can be immediately informed about my guest’s arrival even if I cannot check my email.
WHEN my guest arrives and check-in is completed at reception
THEN I will receive a notification/message on my phone (SMS and/or push notification) containing visit details (visitor name, host name, expected meeting location, and check-in time) within 60 seconds of check-in.
I have configured a flow designer for this use case, tagged an action "Send SMS". But my flow is not working properly. Even if the recipient's number is fetched accurately, the Send SMS action is not executing. I suspect that there is no SMS provider in my client's environment. is there any plugin that i need to install? otherwise what should i do?
