Task: Configure knowledge article form

All made like in task but not valid - could you tell me the reason

I am having the same issue. My order is correct.

I'm not sure if this is still an issue, but it worked for me.

  • Navigate to Knowledge > Articles > Create New
  • When picking the Template, select Policy
  • Right-click on the form header (where it displays 'Policy New record').

  • Choose: Configure > Form Layout.

  • On the pop-up window, select Not Now.
  • Add the three items from the Available section to the Selected section (Overview, Purpose, Policy Details), at the bottom of the list, in that order.
  • Save, and then Validate.
