Task is not completed in the instance

Hi everyone

I have finished a task in "nl-lxp-nav.inprogress-es" FORMS TASK,  I followed the steps but it show me a message: "Task Result: Failed", I don't know why is not accepted.

1. Validate your steps by checking video:

2. If everything is correct, Logout and login again and try

3. Try to Login in Incognito/InPrivate Browser
