Task Module - "Tasks" Simulator Task Issues

I am having issues completing the "Tasks" task within the Tasks module for ServiceNow Platform Overview. I created a New Visual Task Board and renamed all the lists as requested. Step 7: Select My Requests needs to come before step 6 to find the Form Context Menu > Add to Visual Task Board. I then never get to the banner "Unable to connect to network server. Has Been added to My Requests", once I hit "Add to Visual Task Board". However, the problem is listed under the "Problem" lane in my Visual Task Board. I don't understand what I am doing wrong.
