Can anyone describe what the difference is between the ServiceNow App Store items:
TeamViewer Enterprise Integration
TeamViewer Remote Support Integration
We are looking at this product and I would like to install it into our DEV environment to test the integration and functionality. However, I see the 2 App Store items above and not sure what the difference is to know which I should try or if it is both. Any thoughts?
