Hi @PeachesCB,
can you be more specific? this is not enough to answer you properly.
If you have a training where there's a lab instance, then you can log into the training and there is a button to access it:
It can happen that it's hibernating, in that case you will need to awake it with a button at the same place. It will be either Open or Awake instance.. to get it up and running may take some time, be prepared for it.
Let me know if this answers your question or if you need more details because from your vague description it's not clear....

Hello GlideFather,
Thank you for the follow-up. I am unable to wipe the instance to create a new session for training on the Xanadu version. I am wanting to continue training on this version as of SNOW. Screenshot below of what I currently have access to. Hope this info helps.

Hi @PeachesCB ,
You cant downgrade your PDI as it is on Zurich Now. What you can try is to get a fresh PDI with your other email id and there- you can select option for Xanadu version.(if it is displaying that version while allocating PDI).
