When I try to access a course (https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/it-operations-management/configuration-management-database-cm...), I receive this message.
You are not authenticated to access this content. Reason: {"message":"Requester's IP address does not match the address that was registered."}I tried logging out and logging back in. I also unenrolled from the course and enrolled again, but I still have the same problem.

This is third time I'm seeing same issue posted here, maybe its affecting more learners on learning platform. Here is thread you can follow to see if it resolves your issue:
If it does not, you can raise a CASE Now learning platform.
