Unable to Reply to Questions - "Unexpected Error" Message

Hi everyone,
Since yesterday, I've been encountering an issue when trying to reply to questions on ServiceNow community. The "I'm not a robot" checkbox appears, and even after it validates with a green checkmark, I'm still unable to submit my reply. Additionally, I receive an error message at the top of the page stating "An Unexpected Error Occurred."
I've tried clearing my cache, but the problem persists.
Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this issue?
and even if i'm able to reply this after all of the above things . the reply is disappearing automatically

@Astik Thombare Looks like your account has been flagged by the spam filter and hence this captcha is appearing. I recommend you to reach out to @Dan Bruhn to get this issue addressed.

I have also facing same process to send reply but I have checked the captcha and sending reply immediately. So, it is not showing any error for sending the reply.
Have you tried it by reloading same page? Please copy the reply and try to resend it. Also, check your content present in the reply is in correct format and not exceeds the size limit. And before sending the reply you have checked the captcha and then send the reply immediately.
