unable to view incidents in tabs in service now

Hi there @R_MART2025 

 

  • Go to List Layout → make sure you’re in the right view (Default / Workspace / etc.).

  • In Agent Workspace or Configurable Workspace, incidents open in tabs by design; in classic UI, records open in new windows, not tabs.
