User is trying to assign the tickets to their team in mobile. 'Assigned to' field, the popup list does not contain any user names. How to rectify this. For admins its working fine.

1) Please check if the group contains users and group and users are active.
2) Check if the users who are part of the group are having itil role.

Yes, This group contains 8 members and all are having ITIL role. 

Its not listed the users name
