I'm trying to connect to Service now university, it asked me to enter the verificaiton code sent to my email. Normally it works well but this morning I don't receive the code to my email. I have to complete a course and the instance will expire today.

have you set any other MFA option? If so, you should see this option to change the method:
Eventually click the Need assistance with sign in below the submit button.

No I didn't set another MFA options so I didn't have change verification method. I clicked on Need assistance and opened a ticket.

It is now solved. They added me to Email Address Bounce Removal List.
