Verification code

I'm trying to connect to Service now university, it asked me to enter the verificaiton code sent to my email.  Normally it works well but this morning I don't receive the code to my email.  I have to complete a course and the instance will expire today.

Thanks but I didn't set another MFA options.  I opened a ticked earlier but waiting for now.

It is now solved. They added me to Email Address Bounce Removal List.
