VTB training validation error

Hello, first time posting here. I am trying to get through the servicenow training, one of the modules being "Tasks". I went through the theory and followed the instructions accordingly in my instance but my validation still failed for some reason. I have provided screenshots as well. I tried doing it as a System Adminstrator and impersonating PlatForm User but that still didn't work. Not sure what else I should do on my end.
