When attempting to complete the Welcome to Service Now training, when I click on the simulator to complete the module tasks, the page that opens give an error message. I have tried other browsers, private browsers, cleared cookies, and enabled cookies. And now I have no instances remaining and the Request Lab Instance is greyed out.
