Why Are My Posts Marked as "Unmoderated" or "Rejected" on ServiceNow Community?

Hi Community,

 

I’ve noticed that all my questions and replies on the ServiceNow Community are being marked under “My Unmoderated Items.” Specifically:

  • My replies are listed as “My Items Awaiting Approval”
  • My questions are listed as “My Rejected Items”
    (Link: /community/premod/moderationitemspage/tab/rejected)

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and what I can do to ensure my posts are approved and visible to others?

Hi @PrasadShelar ,

 

if you have used(pasted) any URLs of Different sites in your content (which are not whitelisted by servicenow community) you would see this issue

 

unfortunately there is no list of sites which are allowed or not allowed to paste in the replies or blogs or questions (that would be huge list too so make sense)
