CIS - Data foundations new requirement

What is the situation for learners taking one of the 7 affected certification courses right now?

It looks like if I take HAMF (for instance) this week I won't be able to take the HAMF exam until after I complete the Data Foundations exam successfully.

To be really clear, I'm not questioning the need for the certification, I'm questioning the timing where I may have signed up for a course this week only to find out today that there is a roadblock to my certification.  Do you suggest that I cancel my class until I have finished the Data Foundation cert?

I am not impacted by this myself personally so not knowing all the details, but from the reactions it seems that this was not communicated from ServiceNow side in advance which brings troubles like you describe.

To cancel or not to cancel, that is the question :)) perhaps you can Create a Case for SN University Team to assist you or to explain what are your available options.
