How can I see the exam in Mylearning since I have finished CIS-SPM Training in Sep-25

Hello all,

I have completed CIS-SPM training in Sep-2025 and obtained voucher. I haven't scheduled an exam. And now,  ServiceNow certification exam experience changed from Webaccessor to Pearson VUE . So now I would like to schedule an exam but I don't see the exam in My university account in ServiceNow university. What should I do?

Do I need to redo the training?

Hi @Sowjanya Kale1 today i scheduled my exam as seen at my post that @Simon Hendery shared here (thanks for that!).

but i don’t have experience with scheduling with Pearson based on a voucher issued earlier before the transition was completed. Try to follow the steps in my post and if you find anything that isn’t applicable or you cannot continue, raise a support case at the SN University (Help centre in the top of the page).
