Hi @akshaysamal ,

 

- Go to System Definition --> Plugins

- But I believe date and time are already installed in all instances by default.

- You can download a different language plugin there to show instance in other languages.

- Additionally, you can change the timezone of your instance. Go to Profile icon -> Preferences-> Language & Region-> Timezone
