Order Fulfillment Tables
Table Name | Remarks |
Customer Order (sn_ind_tmt_orm_order) | Product or Service order created on submission. |
Order Line Item (sn_ind_tmt_orm_order_line_item) | Order line item created under the customer order based on the Product Specifications. |
Order Characteristic (sn_ind_tmt_orm_order_characteristic_value) | These records are created for each Order line item with the characteristic value based on the order submission. |
Product Order (sn_ind_tmt_orm_product_order) | The product order is created for respective order line-item. It is created on approval of Custom order. 1 order line item will have 1 product order linked. Product order has the reference of product inventory record. |
Service Order (sn_ind_tmt_orm_service_order) | The service order is created for respective order line item for the respective service specification and also associated to product order as its parent. It also has the reference of product inventory record. |
Resource Order (sn_ind_tmt_orm_resource_order) | The resource order is created for respective order line item and also associated to service order as its parent. It also has the reference of product inventory record. |
Order Task (sn_ind_tmt_orm_order_task) | This is the table defined for fulfillment tasks for any order; It extends Order Task table 'sn_csm_om_order_task'. |
Product Inventory (sn_prd_invt_product_inventory) | Product Inventory (Sold Product) referred from the product order record, service order record & resource order record. It extends the parent table 'sn_install_base_sold_product'. When a product is ordered, the model is instantiated, and a record is written into the product inventory table. During the fulfillment process, this record is enriched as additional details are collected. |
Install Base Item (sn_install_base_item) | Install base is created against the respective inventory record. It also has reference to the Configuration Item. |
Installed Product (sn_install_base_m2m_installed_product) | It contains reference for install base item & sold product (product inventory). When the fulfillment comes to close, the installed product is generated from the sold product (product inventory) and linked via the install base item. |
