Request for Assistance Regarding CSA Exam Rescheduling Issue

Yesterday, I logged in to take my CSA certification exam. However, the ID proofs I presented were marked as invalid, and my exam was cancelled. The examiner, Mr. Hrithik, informed me that I could reschedule the exam using valid ID proofs.
However, when I checked my account, I do not see a “Reschedule” option. Instead, it is showing a “Retake Exam” option, which requires an additional payment of $150.
As per the examiner’s instructions, I was asked to reschedule the exam with valid ID proof. I was not informed that I would need to pay the exam fee again. Paying another $150 is financially difficult for me at this time.
I kindly request you to please review this issue and help me with a rescheduling option without requiring an additional payment. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter.

Go to the University > Help Centre to  for the assistance of SN Team.

Explain them the situation and ask for a reschedule.
