Posting this to seek help in finding out how and which is the first ServiceNow certification I can go for.
- I have basic working knowledge of ServiceNow Platform through my organization and my work experience.
- I have completed "Welcome to ServiceNow overview" Course (unfortunately "Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow" is Retired)
Queries:
Now I am looking for my first ServiceNow certification (Shall I go for Application Specialist, Implementor or System Administrator?) and how I can Prepare well for it and how much preparation time I would need for this?
Professional background: Currently working as Project (Program) Manager/Scrum Master and around 40-50% involvement with ServiceNow tools.
Any help or lead would be highly appreciated.
