How do I leave a SNUG or Community group

I am winding down my involvement with ServiceNow and I want to leave some of the SNUG groups and other Community groups. How do I opt-out of these groups?

Below you can see , My Groups is showing. There you can see all groups including community group and SNUG groups are showing.

Open the specific group from where you want to Opt out.
Click on option (3 vertical dot)
Click on Leave group
