This post is to participate in #BuildWithCreatorStudio to showcase how effective it is to get an app up and running in ServiceNow using Creator Studio.
I still recall visiting my university campus years ago to request my transcripts and waiting in line with other alumni who were there to submit their requests. This experience made me think that there must be a better way. So, I present to you the Transcript Request, which was created using ServiceNow Creator Studio
Transcript Request Form: Used by students or alumni to request transcripts from an educational institution.

1. Created an app using the creator studio by providing a name and a brief description.
2. Choose a Template to begin. Example: Creator Studio Default Template.
3.In the Request form tab, we will customize the Transcript Request form based on our needs.
4.Next Steps involves, building and activating the flow and adding the required fulfillment steps( e.g. sending email to requestor when transcripts are ready for pickup).
5.Submitting a new Transcript Request utilizing the employee service center.
It's intuitive and super easy to #BuildWithCreatorStudio on the #servicenow platform.
