Hello @laurenmcmanamon and Team , I built a Simple Loan Request Calculator using ServiceNow's Creator studio.

Creating a loan request app using ServiceNow's Creator Studio was a remarkably straightforward process, thanks to the platform's user-friendly, low-code development environment. ServiceNow provides a visual interface that simplifies the entire app-building process, even for users with minimal coding experience. The drag-and-drop functionality and pre-built components make it easy to structure the app without needing to write extensive code from scratch.

The first step in the process was defining the key components of the loan request app, including forms, workflows, and tables. ServiceNow offers pre-built templates that significantly speed up this phase. For instance, setting up a table to store loan request records took only a few clicks, and configuring forms to capture user input was equally seamless. The ability to customize form fields through the UI ensured that the app could be tailored to specific loan request requirements.

I’ve built the Telecom Service Request Assistant to solve common challenges faced by Maroc Telecom customers, such as requesting WiFi relocation or retrieving payment codes. The idea came from my own experience of dealing with long wait times and complex processes at Maroc Telecom centers.

This app makes it easy for customers to submit service requests through a simple form. Whether they need to transfer their WiFi service to a new location or request a payment code, the application handles it all with just a few clicks.

Key Features:

• User-Friendly Form: Customers provide their name, Customer ID, and select the service they need (WiFi relocation, payment code request, etc.). They can also provide additional details to help clarify their request.
• Automation: Once the form is submitted, users get an automated confirmation email with details about their request and the next steps. This keeps users informed and reassured that their request is being processed.
• Efficient Workflow: The application uses ServiceNow’s Flow Designer to automatically route the requests to the correct team (e.g., the technical team for WiFi relocations or customer support for payment code requests), helping Maroc Telecom staff respond faster.
