What is best practice for changing users in an assignment group? As the data isnt pulled through an update set so is it best just to do it manually in dev then test then prod or is there another way.

I do what you do in the video but the changes don't go through. I export the assignment group as below. And import it again into non prod yet the users inside the assignment group dont change in non prod. I'm probably missing something but I don't know what

Hi @joshmorris

So you need to remove the non required users from Group first,

Go to group

Related list - Member

Edit

Remove from right to left side.,

Save

Then export that group XML to upper instance

This is what I did and I didn't change the users in the group in the upper instance.

Hi @joshmorris

I just did same,

in PDI , removed a user from Group

Exported the XML

Goto  another instance

Open Group list view

Import xml

and refresh screen
