Hi @MAGAPUV ,

 

"Restricted caller access records" is the term used in ServiceNow to denote when a script from one application needs to access resources from another application, and these records are used to track and manage those requests.

 

So Answer - A is correct.

Caller Tracking also Track right ? then what is diff btw tracking and restricted
