Clarification Regarding CSA Exam Eligibility

Hi,

I have completed 83 percent of the “Welcome to ServiceNow” course and I received the CSA exam voucher.

However, the labs are not getting validated. The "Validate Task" button is missing in most of them. I tried refreshing the page, clearing cache, logging in again, and even using different browsers. But still, my progress is stuck at 83 percent.

I would like to know:

  1. Is the “ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals” course mandatory to be eligible for the CSA exam?

  2. If yes, where can I access that course on Now Learning?

Thanks,
Ravi Teja

Hi @RAVITEJAA

This course is necessary to receive your voucher. If you already got the voucher you are eligible to register your exam.

This course won’t necessarily they require from you

Hi @RAVITEJAA

You received Voucher you are eligible.

Still, you can try following

Try refreshing, if it doesn’t work, you can "terminate" current instance and request a fresh "Lab Instance" and continue the same task using the ""New lab instance", then you'll find the "Validate Task" button.

Also, you can go through blueprint ServiceNow University Knowledge Article View - ServiceNow University

Hi @RAVITEJAA,

if you have reached more than 80 % of the lab, you can complete it once it is reloaded (your screenshot seems to be loading).

Then the voucher is accessible in your CUAM profile > https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard

Also, it shall be delivered to your mailbox. It is valid for one year and only for your name, so nobody else can use it just you.

Then you will need to register in Webassessor and link this account to your profile (unless you already did it):

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/create-a-webassessor-account?id=kb_article_view&s...

Let me know how it goes and if you get it all done
