Process User is a defined persona in ServiceNow. These users are typically responsible for ITSM-related tasks such as Incident, Problem, and Change management. They: * Have structured workflows defined by their assigned roles (e.g., itil, approver_user) * Can access full functionality based on their roles * Fulfill day-to-day operational processes
