In UI builder when we change text not saving and capturing in updateset when we refresh text vanish

Hi Team,

 

I am facing issue in UI builder when we trying to change for example any labels and click save, it is taking time but final result is not capturing in update set and  refresh page the values are removing and not saving, any one faces similar issue ?

Hi @chaitanya34 

You can try the following 

  1. Make sure update set is selected and active when making changes.
  2. Use the Publish option after editing , not just Save.
  3. Clear cache / use incognito to rule out browser caching.
  4. If still failing, check your instance version - some releases had bugs where UI Builder changes weren't committed until a patch.

Most likely it’s either an update set capture issue or a known UI Builder defect fixed in later patches.
